Andrew Haigney spent more than thirty years on Wall Street, rising to Senior Vice President for Institutional Equity Sales at Merrill Lynch. Over the course of his career he founded and led multiple firms, including Batterymarch Group, Chittenden & Company, Coach House Capital Corporation, and the Association of Independent Investors Corporation. He began as an equity trader at L.F. Rothschild Unterberg Towbin, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Dayton Haigney & Company, has published on regulatory issues and market structure, and has provided testimony to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A proprietor of the Boston Athenaeum, Andrew also served on the Athenaeum’s Trustees Outreach Committee, was a Trustee of Mater Christi School, and a board member and volunteer firefighter with the Charlotte Volunteer Fire and Rescue Services.
